1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ARENA website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Reservations: Bookings for PCs, VR stations, and Bowling courts are subject to availability.
• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival may result in your slot being shortened without a refund.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance qualify for a full credit. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely. ARENA does not store full credit card details. All sales for digital credits or "time" are final once the session has started.

4. Hardware & Liability

Users are responsible for the equipment during their session. Any damage to PCs, VR headsets, or bowling equipment caused by negligence or intentional misuse will be the financial responsibility of the account holder.

5. Code of Conduct

Toxic behavior, harassment, or illegal activities (including cheating in games or accessing prohibited content) will result in an immediate ban from the premises and account suspension without refund.
